Spend a day with inventory specialist Eric Kuehler, Technology Transfer Specialist, USDA Forest Service, Southern Research Station. A fascinating session that is a “must attend” for city tree managers who want to grow in their job. STRATUM is a computer application that uses tree inventory data to quantify the structure, function, value and management needs of any street tree resource.
Eric will review topics including:
2008 Texas Tree Conference "Trees for the Future" Hear from national, state and local experts on the latest research on tree ordinances, inventories and master plans, public relations and communications. You will also hear from "The Best In Texas" - case studies presented by your peers from other Texas cities. You are also invited to attend a free municipal tree managers networking breakfast. |
